Rocky Bay selects Unicare Health to provide Ceiling Hoist Solutions at WA's first Specialist Disability Accommodation

Rocky Bay has opened Western Australia’s first new build Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home in Girrawheen, in a new era of contemporary housing design and bespoke housing options for people living with disability.

Designed and constructed in partnership with Dale Alcock Homes and KPA Architects, the two, three bedroom, two bathroom duplex homes enjoy over 200sqm of living space and meet the National Disability Insurance Scheme’s (NDIS) SDA design guidelines.
