“My wife and myself came into you showroom on two separate occasions and the first visit we purchased a walking frame, on the second visit we purchased a set of Elbow crutches.
On our second visit we were held up in traffic and had only ten minutes to spare before your showroom was to be closed for the day.
We were met by Callum in the showroom and he was extremely helpful with assisting my wife with her selecting a pair of elbow crutches, versus a larger (higher) walking frame, Callum was not concerned about spending a few minutes past his normal knock off time to help us out.
Callum is very polite, he has a very good knowledge of your products and also very courteous.
Callum was great to deal with, he made our visit to your showroom a really pleasant experience.
In our opinion Callum is defiantly worth the money, he is a credit to your staff and is a shining example of a dedicated employee.

Looks like there was a leak in one of the bladders which has clearly been there from the start as it never reached the firmness that it should have. Anyway Vince was marvellous and swapped it over and waited to check it was fully inflated . Having seen the pressure of this one it was clear the first one was faulty. Unfortunately the guy who delivered it didn’t wait until it was fully inflated so I didn’t know what to expect. “Thank you for sending me the much-used Hand Grip Pro [Reacher] which I first procured when I had the double hip surgery. I learnt to use it in nearly every room in the house, the bedroom, the kitchen, and every time I dropped something as I was unable to bend, a piece of paper that floated off the table, numerous things daily which I dropped, enabling me to exist in my own home.
Also, bless the dressing stick it helps with undies, footwear, puts the socks on my feet, assists with shoes, slippers etc. and wipe in between my toes using a thin flannel which keeps my toes dry and healthy. I’ve found it a great assistant making my bed sheets flat now that I’ve broken a bone in my shoulder.
I also have the hand styled sox assist [Soxon] which for me was better than the plastic one.
Your delivery service Foxline was great and I do thank them for the delivery. You are a very much needed business to assist all age groups in independence.”

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to have dealings with your employee Edwin Crisp and I wanted to give you some feedback.
Edwin came out to deliver a second ramp that would take an extra wide wheelchair as the one originally ordered was not able to accommodate the chair. Unfortunately due to some errors on the part of the OT department at [Name removed for privacy] the ramp delivered was again not appropriate. Edwin was so kind and supportive when we tried to work through the situation and in assisting me to come up with an strategy to modify the original ramp so it was fit for purpose. He spent a considerable amount of time helping me to convince the OT Dept that the structural integrity of the ramp wouldn’t be compromised and spoke to as well as emailed them on my behalf.
It is a long and convoluted story but suffice to say that I am convinced that if it was not for Edwins compassion and empathy I would not have been able to have my sister home until Monday, a whole week after her being released by the Doctors. And after 28 days in hospital another weekend there was not something we were looking forward too.
Edwin’s customer service went above and beyond expected to help me at a most stressful time. As an ex-HR Manager I would employ Edwin without hesitation. He is truly an asset to your organisation. If you don’t already have an employee recognition program then maybe Edwin should be the first.
