When products are required for evaluation purposes, Unicare Health offer a no-obligation free trial. Our Product Specialists are available to answer any questions that may arise during the trial and will assist in the setup of complex equipment. Where trial of a product is not viable (i.e. Disposable Products) free samples are available.

Delivery & Supply
A large inventory of equipment is held in Unicare Health warehouses, enabling us to provide prompt door-to-door delivery. Daily courier services provide prompt delivery to all areas of Australia.
Our delivery service is coordinated by our sales support team who provide delivery, installation and operating instructions to our many valued clients.

Unicare Health’s dedicated service technicians provide a high level of expertise built on years of industry experience. Our technicians receive in-house and external training, regularly participating in factory programs. Unicare Health Support has the parts, equipment, qualified technicians and services to provide our customers with superior value.
Unicare Health carry spare parts for all equipment that we supply. We also stock parts that are compatible with many other products in the industry.
A comprehensive computer controlled inventory system means the right part is on the shelf when required, maximising uptime for our clients’ equipment.
Unicare Health has a unique capacity to refine and design equipment to enhance its utility. Customisations are completed in-house by our own skilled engineering, electrical and upholstery team.

DVA Approved Product
Unicare Health is proud to be an official DVA contracted service provider for the Rehabilitation Appliance Program (RAP).
Our commitment is to compliment the work of prescribing healthcare professionals by reflecting patient need in the choice and design of equipment that enhances the care of DVA veterans.
Unicare Health and its management system is audited and certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, to ensure we meet our customers’ needs every time.
The system covers the purchase, supply and sale of rehabilitation and mobility products.

Australian Standards Testing
Many of Unicare Health’s products are Australian Standards tested and approved by a NATA registered testing laboratory.
Whilst there is no requirement for products to be Australian Standards tested, compliance with Australian and International standards demonstrates:
• Products can be relied upon as quality products that will stand the test of time and perform to expectations (strength, reliability and endurance is assured).
• Products that have been certified to these standards have been assessed independently from the manufacturer.
• Certified products have traceability to both the manufacturer and supplier in Australia if there is a problem.
Class I Medical Devices must be entered in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) before they can be supplied in Australia. Unicare Health’s products within this class are registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
TGA’s approach to therapeutic product vigilance is to continually monitor and evaluate the safety and performance of therapeutic products and to manage any risks associated with individual products, giving peace of mind to our customers.
