Unicare Health would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support as we continue our transition towards a paperless environment.
We believe that the successful future of our business depends on sustainability of the environment and we seek to manage our environmental impact through responsible business practices.
Over the last six months, our IT and operations departments have been working on an improved order fulfilment system. We have managed to streamline our warehouse practices even more and taken steps towards going paperless in our order picking and delivery scheduling processes.
This move is aimed at increasing the efficiency of our order picking and packing processes and reducing dispatch time.
What our improved system does
Our new system
- improves traceability of your orders in our order fulfilment process
- eliminates the need to double handle orders
- eliminates the need of paper and printing during the order picking and scheduling process
- automatically assigns and prints serial number labels
- automatically prints courier required labels
- provides intelligence for the planning of delivery runs
What this means for you
- You will receive automatic notifications via email when your order
- has been placed in our system
- has been picked and ready for dispatch
- needs to be placed on back order
- is awaiting payment
- has been delivered
- has been invoiced
- Any customer representative will now be able to tell you where your order lies in our system and provide delivery advice.
- If your order is in stock, you will receive your goods quicker than before.
If you have a current order in our system
As we implement our new system this week, you will start to receive email notifications if you have an order placed in our system. While we do not expect any delays, we do apologize in advance if the roll out of our new system causes any system downtime or irregular service over the next two weeks.
Thank you for your continued support and vested interest in Unicare Health.
