As part of our culture of continuous improvement, Unicare Health is always on the lookout for better business productivity tools to connect with colleagues and clients across the country. By working with our IT support partner, we successfully introduced Microsoft Office 365 in June 2016, to replace our on-premises solution with cloud-based tools. Employees now use cloud-based email and calendars, messaging, and more to access the people and information they need, and continue to prove ‘the enabling power of applied knowledge’.
Microsoft Office 365 complied with our confidentiality requirements (including ISO 27001), and enabled staff to access email on a variety of mobile and desktop devices, improving teamwork and client response times.
