What an inspirational and motivational day for Unicare Health staff who attended The Achievers conference 2017, on Friday 18 August 2017 at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre!
High achievers are often known to have a very strong motive to achieve. They never shy away from demanding tasks, instead pursuing them as motivational challenges and opportunities. They are willing to put in intense effort and jump over hurdles to overcome all obstacles necessary to gain gratification from their successes.
Motivational speakers at The Achievers Conference such as John Peters, Lachlan Smart, Jessica Cox and Robert Waldman shared exceptionally informative, insightful and inspirational personal experiences, leaving the audience challenged to think about achieving their personal goals, dreams and to plan their journey to succeed.
About the speakers:
John Peters
John Peters was a RAF pilot of a Tornado GR1 Bomber in Iraq who was hit by a surface to air missile during the Gulf War, forcing him to eject over enemy territory. John Peters was captured by Saddam Hussein’s forces and held prisoner of war for seven weeks. He was brutally tortured and paraded on Iraqi state television and around the globe by Saddam Hussein’s brutal regime.
Lachlan Smart
Lachlan Smart is a high-achieving visionary who became the youngest pilot to fly solo around the world in a single engine plane.
Jessica Cox
Jessica Cox is the world’s first licensed armless pilot, as well as the first armless black-belt in the American Taekwondo Association.
Robert Waldman
Robert Waldman is a combat veteran with a record of 65 successful combat missions. He speaks about the key to building a culture of trust lies with your wingmen – the people in your organization, who help you to overcome obstacles, adapt to change and achieve success.
Inspired by the journey and achievements of the speakers at The Achievers Conference, Unicare Health staff are now motivationally supercharged to excel towards greater levels of success.
