Corporate Strategy Meeting 2018

It was a remarkable day for the Unicare Health team on Friday, 12 January as the company united on a bright shiny morning at Mandoon Estate to attend our annual strategy group meeting.
It was great to have the whole team together for a day as we basked in full time company of our external sales and support team members who are usually out there in hospitals, healthcare facilities and in the community helping therapists and their clients, families, carers and their loved ones, improve daily living through optimal equipment solutions.
We also celebrated the homecoming of Nikita Mulcahy who commonly works off-site from Ireland.
Led by our managing director Greg Dartnall, the meeting was strategically planned to the minute with no time to waste, starting with reflections of successful projects in 2017, goals that were set out and achieved last year and corporate directives planned for the new year.
Being a customer focussed business, we were graced by the attendance of international best-selling author, educator and global business consultant, Todd Hutchison who spoke to us about the neuroscience behind success and taught us how to develop successful customer experiences.

By virtue of being at Mandoon Estate, we enjoyed a scrumptious lunch that complimented awesome friendship and company, and spent the rest of the afternoon with our professional caps on as we focussed on new corporate goals, investments, plans to oversee new projects, and departmental strategic directions for the year.
The Unicare Health team is very excited to be empowered with new strategies to oversee exciting new projects set out for the year, that will better our services, customer service and enable us to serve you even better that before.
