In Unicare Health’s March edition of uniway we published an article showing the differences between the Dyna-Form Mercury Advance and the Care of Sweden Area Zone. We have been advised by the manufacturer, of the Dyna Form, that some relevant information was incorrect or missing. Below is the updated information.
At Unicare Health we take a relatively conservative view of new products and claims, because we value our position as a trusted supplier of pressure care products very highly, and insist on the following:
1) The product must have an outstanding record of success in a proven market (generally Europe)
2) The product must have excellent supplier backing.
3) The product must be able to perform in the Australian environment.
4) Any clinical claims must be verified by an independent certified body, not studies commissioned by the manufacturer or distributors.
With many mattresses on the market and many claims being made about product performance, we thought we would take a closer look at two in particular.
